Everything in this catalogue was made at my own bench, here in Hatton Garden. None of it would exist without Palermo — the town where I learned techniques that most of the trade has quietly let disappear. And none of it would carry the standard it does without the years I later spent at Bentley & Skinner in Mayfair, surrounded by some of the finest antique jewellery in the country, where I learned not just to see, but to understand what fine jewellery actually is — the discipline, the difference between decoration and craft.
I opened my own bench in 2017. This catalogue is the record of the ten years since: the commissions, the one-off pieces, the ideas that took months to get right. It is, in every sense, the London chapter of a story that began in Sicily.
